At Clost N Found, our vision is to create a community where awareness & support is top priority and individuals can access the resources they need to achieve optimal well-being & success.
Our Mission:
To bring awareness to the public concerning issues related to ostomy bag recipients and to offer support for those ostomates and their loved ones.
Our Approach
Support, Guidance & Education :
We offer services not only to recipients of an ostomy bag, but also to their loved ones in need of support.
Support services include, but are not limited to;
In-person & Virtual support groups open to
public and private parties.
Guidance & Education is offered to recipients who have recently undergone ostomy procedures
as well as past recipients.
Support groups are offered via virtual platforms as to protect the identity of the individual reaching out for guidance, education and or support.
